LET US BE THE CHANGE WE WANT ....
From political parties to non political organizations both launched themselves into the campaign, some for the greed of votes while other for the grief of votes and these campaigns grow louder day by day.
The race for the seat of 15th Lok Sabah is on a high; all the political parties are trying to woe the voters by preparing and publishing their party’s manifestos. If one is promising to back the money from the Swiss bank, then the other one is calling for the list of those money drainers. The congress party is trying to save their butt from the recent terrorist attack while the BJP is blaming the congress for not providing the security to the nations.
In this general election, Varun Gandhi is a founder and initiator of hate speeches, so just after him our Congress leader Srinivas made a hate speech, he said, “I m ready to chop my head off for the welfare of the minorities. I will cut off any head if that tries to point a finger at the minorities”, and now our Railway minister Lalu Prasad yadav also added in a league, he said, “ if I had been the home minister, I would have run a roller over Varun Gandhi for his hate speech against Muslims”. Well it looks like a battlefield of hate speeches against each other. (Poor minister can only do war with their tongue, what else they can do at the age of 60 plus).
Recently I saw another sign of releasing the frustration over the ministers – throwing shoes on them. And the first scapegoat became our Home Minister P. Chidambaram who on a press conference got a big RELAXO juta from a Sikh scribe. Thanks for the revolution started by the Iranian reporter who threw a Juta on President George W. Bush…ooops Ex. President.
Somebody told me that the real elections will be held after the results are declared, because the results might not determine the final complexion of the government and they are expected to throw up choices and amalgamation of political parties. If anyone knows the best use of the Permutation and combination then no doubt it is our ministers only. They do all types of combination and permutation for their parties to be in a government.
Ok let’s talk about the candidates for the seat of PM: -
First, Rahul Gandhi – he will step in only if the congress gets a full majority on its own. He will not become the PM of an uncertain coalition. Then the chance of Rahul Gandhi is quite low.
Second, Manmohan Singh – he will be the PM if a congress – led UPA coalition comes back to power. The chances are high for him.
Third, L.K.Advani – he will be PM if either the BJP wins on its own, or leads a coalition government to power. This will be his last chance to lead the party. The chances are high for him also. (if Advani ji would not able to conquer the seat of PM, then probably he will have a heart attack as he is trying from Vajpayee’s days.)
Fourth, Mayawati – her chances of becoming PM are very bright if she gets over 40 Lok Sabha seats. She can lead a Third Front, NDA or even UPA coalition without any qualms. (But don’t worry, she is having a less chance)
Fifth, Nitish Kumar – he has good chances of becoming the PM of an NDA alliance. He could emerge also as a consensus candidate for the Third Front, particularly if Mayawati does not do as well as expected. But after his interview he cleared that he doesn’t want to be PM as he is happy to be a CM of Bihar. That’s what I call a Bihari effect.
Sixth, Sharad powar – he can be the ‘Dark Horse’ backed by regional parties across the board for the post of PM. But then also the chances are not so good for him.
These are the six candidates who have some chances to be our fifteenth Prime Minister. The real fight is between BJP and CONGRESS i.e. Manmohan Singh vs. L.K.Advani. But as I told you earlier also it is all guesswork, the real politics start after the result of the elections.
So I will just say, “FORTUNE + VOTE FAVOURS THE CANDIDATE”
Well after this whole discussion the question is arising whom the Indian voter will vote for?
The government is continuously trying to flourish the education to exercise the adult franchise, but what we need to understand, whether the vote given by the voters really matters or helps the democracy to fledge its hand or it is just going to elect another criminal to the parliament?
About one-fourth of the members of the parliament are having some kind of criminal backgrounds, criminalization is so deeply entrenched into the political system. Not that every parliamentarian is a criminal but then being in the same political party of criminals, doesn’t make them any less criminals. We don’t have any other choice, if we are going to vote then either we have to vote for criminal or Anti Indian. This is the condition of Indian political scene, which we take a proud that we have a democratic form of government.
In our constitution of India there is a provision in the section 49-O “not to vote”. If we don’t want to vote for any of the political party, then we can vote for ‘not to vote’. And if the ‘not to vote’ ballot is more than the other ballots then the whole candidature would be barred by the Election Commission. But I believe this provision is also having a loophole that is why it is not par by the Election commission.
As stated in some magazine, if you go purely by statistics then it is a fact that almost half of the educated people don’t care for he vote, not because they are unpatriotic but because they are educated and they realize their votes don’t bring the change in the system. But if they see any hope in the candidate, they will definitely go and cast their vote for him. So real voting, therefore, can happen only when we have the real hope that change is going to happen. Till then whether it is Amir Khan or Sanjay dutt appeal from the voters to go for vote, nobody will go and vote for the criminalization of politics.
It has became a long article, sorry for the boredom. But in the last I would like to light an appeal to my readers that don’t waste your vote by choosing any anti-national or criminal candidate or don’t go for vote just for a vote but go as to bring the change. Try to judge the right candidate doesn’t matter whether it is from BJP or Congress but the vote should be like a Vote. So that, in Future we will also say like Americans,“Yes we can change; we can bring the change we want…”

LIFE .....IS ABOUT GOODNESS ...!!!
The world is diamante which has a diaphanous line of deportment. I feel like a reckless fellow who lost the deportment of life and embittered on his own fortune. The anguishes of loneliness threw me in a ghastly world, which is giving me a scornful smile on my misfortune. The nostalgia of my life inculcates me into the turpitude of bemoaning. I try to confront each and every retreat of pragmatic way of life. But as a Zombie, I knocked off the affinity of liveliness. The sheath of affliction surrounded me with a vicious sling fest, which perpetually decimating me in this menace world.
The incongruity of mind left me to analyze the veracity and I certainly on every step try to probe the acknowledgement of doubt, why God gives us pain as then when we have been good to others?
After the everlasting cogitation, I find an outline of light seen against a dark background and showed me a retort of my vicissitude. I realized that everyone has inherent goodness, whenever God gives us a pain (no matter mentally or physically), it is only to take away something else worse that was going to happen or because he wants to forgive our mistakes. So he gives us a physical and mental pain instead which we can get rid of medicines and painkillers.

THE INHERITANCE OF NEWS AT ITS WORST OF TIMES...
The situation which is in a worst of times, drowned everybody in the uncertain future. A wild goose chase by the world for its true color and to pass through a crisis safely makes the people of the world to lie and realize the Heisenberg’s principle of uncertainty which certainly apply on every aspect of life. The world is between scylla and charybdis.
The dizzying world economy and the highest temple of capitalism are collapsing. The economic slowdown became a nightmare for the private enterprises and multinational corporate, which finally led them on a ground (after creating an atmosphere of much hyped fake rises). Besides the economic dizziness, the world is psychologically spooling with the terror of terrorism. Terrorism became a major factor of economic slowdown; a large assortment of money has been continuously spending for the security protection and to fight with the world’s greatest evil, despite enduring the economic sluggishness.
At home, we also became a scapegoat of terror attacks, today only I read in a newspaper that the Indian creation of IPL (Indian premium league) became a NRIPL (non-resident Indian league). Now England or South Africa will host the IPL matches, and it is just because of the security purpose. Our country stands defeated before terror. It is also because of the respect given to the election in the country, as election is a bigger issue than the issue of IPL matches. The security wouldn’t be as strong as most of the security would take care of the elections. So it will be host by another country. It is a big shame for the big country like India that it won’t able to provide security for its own creation of art.
On the other hand, elections in India are always considered as the most distress period of times. All the parties of the country, even the national ones are busy in doing their mathematical calculation and balance for their security of seats. But none of the party has any vision for us or for the security of the country. We all know the final results would be a khichdi, whose ingredients are still open for guesswork. As India’s government is better known as (Jugaad government), so it will only stand with the power of coalition.
And our politicians, ufff……are the worst of kind in the world. Recently I heard a lot about Varun Gandhi (son of Sanjay and Meneka Gandhi), he said in his outrageous speech, “All the Hindus stay on this side and send the others to Pakistan. This is the lotus hand; it will cut their throats after elections.” This is what the remark of future politician who is going to take India’s future. Priyanka Gandhi rightly said that he needs ‘Bhagwata Geeta’ to cure the evil in himself. The young well educated politician has the communal feelings inscribed in him, so what could anybody expect for other older politicians. May be, Varun thinks he can bank on the family’s name to save himself after opening his shitty mouth. But I want to warn the politicians like Varun that don’t take the Indian voters’ silence lightly. It can burst you out of this politics. Every Hindu is matured now, he enthused by the prospect of better life, higher income and in which he can enjoy that income peacefully. So these outrageous speeches don’t have any effect on the Hindus of India. We know how to contempt the politicians like Varun in the battlefield. I hope that Election Commission will take some meaningful action against him; otherwise we the Indians will take some strenuous step against the politicians like Varun Gandhi who degraded the moral values of Gandhi name.
Well leaving apart this political business, the saddest thing happened yesterday was that the sweet lady and the darling of reality show ‘Jade Goody’ is no more with us. She died in sleep only, God give peace to her soul.
[Moun-vrat of 2 minutes for the soul of Jade Goody……]
The only thing which I like about yesterday newspaper is the news of arrival of the most awaited car in the world – the NANO. The small car is surely a big one. Ratan Tata (a man of his word and promise) and his team have done it and now they can say, “YES, WE CAN”. It is strong a setback to those automobile companies who thought the designing of car cannot be priced at this level, now here is the answer. It makes the evolution of automobiles. The NANO will surely become an affordable mode of transport for Indian families which were exposed to the weather and other dangers. It will affect the market of Maruti and two wheelers, as NANO is a better option for all of us and it will definitely affect the traffic police mamas, they have to plan a new traffic circulation in the big cities when the NANO will flown its full fledged hand.
OK that’s all for this post. I desire to convey more things than what I have jotted down here, but Time is not giving me permission as I have a lot of things to do.

THE BEST MIRROR IS AN OLD FRIEND...
All in vain, the only thing which is on a smooth ride, is my daily routine of Gym. Yeah at last after two months of great effort I m able to restart my regular session and that too in a very dedicated manner (hats off for Farhan……!!!)
A few days ago, I went to Bombay to meet my friend where incidently I met my another friend whom I lost a decade back. [it is little bit difficult to acknowledge anyone specially when you have a memory of childhood image…]. Firstly I was in a doubt that may be I caughta wrong person, I couldn’t able to recognise him as he became a giant and muscular man. The only think I remember of him is his flat nose and curly hair and because of that only I was able to guess him. I never ever had imagined that I would be able to congregate him, but with the God’s grace I was sitting with him in a ‘coffee house of Mumbai central station’. It was a unforgettable moment for both of us.
Well somebody rightly said, that ‘Destiny makes everything possible, if you really wants to meet anyone then God also helps you’.
We reminded our old memories that how we were suspended, lied to parents and were reprimended, bunked school, got 1/10, lost cricket match, discussed girls and even fight with eachother several times. But as time is very fast and makes us busy, he went somewhere and I also had shifted to other place, leaving behind my old friends. All the day long I was with him only talking, discussing and gossiping about our old friends and their activities.
After meeting him I realized the purity of friendship we carried when we were a child. As we grow older, we lose that purity and kindness of friendship. We make friends and do friendship because we need them not because we love them. The life becomes selfish, inside the photogenic faces we carried a dark selfishness, our own interest to think of others.
I remember one phrase said by some (must be) experienced person, “Count your life by smiles not tears, count your age by friends not years”.
Well at the see off time, we exchanged our numbers and promised eachother to meet regularly whenever get a free time. As a Good friend, I gave him an invitation to visit pune and have a blast on weekened (lolss).
Ahhh……I forget to tell you one thing, in the meanwhile I bought a new cellphone for me – Nokia 5310 Xpress Music. It is a wonderful phone specially for the person like me who loves to listen music all the time. So these days I am enjoying with my new phone. I captured some of many good photographs (offcourse of girls also…hehehe), which I will show you later. Till then enjoy music on YOUR PHONE not mine lolllss……

A SUITABLE NOVEL...
I replied, “I don’t have to complete it in one day, it takes me several days, sometimes a few months and it is very interesting novel, every time I read two pages it makes me more curious to go further”.
It happens when you see somebody to have such a digest novel and u become impatient because of the thickness of it. When I was a child I too became agitated and can’t digest the digest novels, but gradually my age overpowers this habit and now I develop little patience for novels and digests.
Recently I saw Vikram Seth’s ‘A Suitable boy’, oh my God!! How he had written it? I was stunned- amazed-dazed as it contains 1273 pages. It was a huge novel, having a big and heavy size. I wonder how anyone carries it on a trip and I have no doubt if I throw it on anyone he get injured or if he is unlucky possibly he can die also. Then I thought may be, he (Vikram Seth) is the most patient person in the world. The shock took me to remember my mathematics book of 12th class (R.D.sharma), I think it has more pages than this novel. Certainly I realize reading a novel is an easy task than solving those horny calculus questions. If I could solve those horniest thing, than I can read this novel also. Thanks for R.D.sharma for boosting my patience.
My friend is also a writer, in fact a very good writer. He is writing a three novels and one among them is on my life, not a biography (hehehe…not yet a starry life) but on a particular experience of my life.
I told him,“see Vikram Seth’s ‘a Suitable boy', you should take inspiration from him. He has written such a huge novel and you are not able to complete one single novel also”. Then he replied in a funny way, “Why shouldn’t I combine my all three novels and make it a multiple story novel like what Ram Gopal Verma did in his films ‘Darna mana hai’ and ‘Darna zaroori hai’.” I quickly responded,”Then I m sure bhai, people will address it as a 'A. ki novel' (RGV’s ki aag)” and we both broke into a laugh.
Well after this long perpetual incidence, I made my mind to buy “a suitable boy” and at least once in my lifetime I should have to read this heavy novel. So that I can say to my friends, that I am not impatient person because I read “A SUITABLE BOY”.

WHETHER THE CRIME OF TERRORISM COULD BE PROSECUTED AT THE ICC?
Though the prodigy of Terrorism has been existent from many decades, but it has gained international recognition after the dreadful attack of terrorist on world trade center on 11h September 2001. From then, the activities of terrorist has gained in frequency and the various groups of terrorist has proven that by operating on a network basis it can spread terrorists around the globe to undertake attacks in various parts of the world. So now terrorism is not merely a domestic problem and in the future we will not be able to rely on domestic legislation only. It is necessary to determine international concepts and approaches which tackle crimes of terrorism on an International level as well.
After the sixtieth ratification, the Rome statute entered into force, in accordance with Article 126(1) and created the world’s first permanent International Criminal court with a seat at The Hague. Article 1 of the Rome statute states that “(the court) shall have the power to exercise its jurisdiction over persons for the most serious crimes of international concern”; these crimes comprise Genocide (Art.6), Crimes against Humanity (Art.7) and War Crimes (Art.8). After extensive debates, the negotiators agreed to also include the crime of aggression. However, the ICC will not exercise jurisdiction over the crime of Aggression unless agreement is reached regarding how to define the crime and regarding the conditions for the court’s exercise of jurisdiction over it.
At the heart of current debate, I am here to explore what role the international criminal court might play in combating terrorism in terms of international law enforcement. In 2009, a review conference will take place to consider whether the Rome statute should be amended and the crimes of Terrorism should be prosecuted at ICC?
However many scholars assert that some terrorist acts could be prosecuted as crimes against humanity, but this is not a favorable condition, a more explicit jurisdiction over the crimes of terrorism would be beneficial because terrorism is really a separate category of crimes and it mandates separate prosecution.
The concept of ‘Crimes against humanity’ is defined under Art.7 of ICC statute, which as follows, “[Crimes against Humanity] is describes such an attack, a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of Acts…and condemns widespread systematic attacks targeted at any civilian population” Hence, all Al-Qaeda attacks considered indicate a systematic policy which aims to target and destroy American symbols or facilities like the World Trade Center or American lives. But what about the previous attacks? How many such single attacks have to occur in order to count as ‘systematic’ in terms of crimes against Humanity? Even if all these attacks are carried out by same group, one could argue that intervals in which they occurred are much too broad to reveal a regular pattern. It follows that the first few attacks could not be tried as crimes against Humanity, unless they met the ‘widespread’ criteria. However, in order to get the criteria of ‘crimes against Humanity’, it could be carried as massive, frequent, large scale action, collectively with considerable seriousness and directed against a multiplicity of victims. Then, does the bombing in Saudi Arabia in 1995 constitute crimes against Humanity? Only seven people were killed then or the bombing of the USS Cole in October 2000, where seventeen were killed and 39 injured? Both these latter cases clearly do not meet high threshold criteria, and therefore could not be tried as crimes against Humanity. Consequently, terrorists would escape ICC prosecution. There needs to be an opportunity to prosecute terrorists without having to prove that terrorist’s acts are parts of a systematic or widespread attack. By including crimes of Terrorism in Art.7 of the ICC statute certain terrorist could not be prosecuted by the ICC.
The fact that several anti-terrorist conventions already exist should facilitate the formulation of a provision concerning crimes of terrorism. Certain delegates of the preparatory committee for the Rome conference opposed the inclusion of treaty based crimes as it can overburden the ICC. They also alleged that the court had limited financial and personnel resources, it could run the risk of danger of financial deficit and other general acceptance. However, according to the ‘Complementarily principle’, ICC will only exercise jurisdiction if a state is not already doing so genuinely, it exercise its jurisdiction only if state is not able to prosecute the terrorist due to some personal reasons.
The advantage of prosecuted the crime of Terrorism in the ICC gives a benefit at large as smaller states will particularly benefit because of their lack the financial resources to prosecute terrorists. Colombia, for example has been faced with this dilemma time and again. An international concerted effort against terrorism will be efficient only and if the claims of all states will be taken seriously.
Secondly, as the ICC is a neutral forum for prosecution in the international level. The neutrality of the ICC could contribute to a more effective prosecution of terrorists. It could help avoid the possibility that terrorists seek shelter in states that distrust the judicial system of the victimized state, do not want to extradite for political reasons or are simply unwilling to prosecute. And it would potentially minimize the risk of states acting in violation of international law and against international concerns by refusing to extradite or prosecute. And ICC on the contrary, consisting of an international and geographical equitable selected panel of judges, in an unbiased forum.
In a concluding way, it is important to amend the ICC statute with an express provision concerning crimes of terrorism. One has to keep in mind that terrorism is a separate category and as such deserves separate contemplation and prosecution. Therefore, the ICC should not charge terrorists with already existing crimes like crimes against Humanity or War crimes. As I have already mentioned above that not all terrorists’ acts meet the high threshold of crimes against humanity. Consequently certain terrorists could escape ICC jurisdiction even though there act was extremely disgraceful or a serious crime of international concern.
The ICC is currently the only capable international institution that could fill the gap b/w terrorist and prosecution and with sufficient support of international community, the ICC could be a powerful mechanism to deal with it. It would be serious setback if the court would allow prosecuting the crimes like terrorism.

OSCARS!!!!!!!!...JOY HO!!
The music maestro of the world A.R.Rehman, he is knight rider of the Oscar night. He won the award for 'best original score' and combined award for 'best original song' with Gulzar. With his performance in the Oscar night, he forced everybody to move their body on the beats of ‘Jaya ho…’ and ‘O saya…’ He brokes all sounds barrier and acclaimed the praise of the millions, though it seems that the music of ‘Jai ho…’ is his masterpiece, but I believe, his journey from the music of the movie ‘Roza’ to ‘Dilli 6’, he has composed a many masterpieces. Whenever his new music comes out it sounds like a masterpiece. That is what the magic of ‘A.R.Rehman’.
In another moment of Oscar night, where our desi girl were asked to co-present the award for best foreign film, while on the other, India’s ‘SMILE PINKI’ directed by Megan Mylan won many hearts and awarded for the best documentary(short subject).
In reality ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ is a British film but it contains Indian spirit. It is made by ‘Danny Boyle’ (now called as a very real who made a very realistic movie of India), who came in India with few foreigners and used Indian talent and made them to bag the Oscars award. It cannot be emphasized enough that this is not an Indian film; it’s a British - American film about India with some Indian collaboration. It is proud time for India that after a long time (after the movie ‘Gandhi’), the name of India is surrounded in a Kodak theatre with such a glory.
After all they all deserve what they are getting. It’s historical moment for all of us. I am very glad for Danny Boyle, A.R.Rehman, Gulzar, Resul Pokutty, Dev Patel, Frieda Pinto, Anil Kapoor and the last not the least all kids who played a role with great perfection and made it possible to make a historical film like ‘Slumdog Millionaire’.
However, the only thing left for us is to win an Oscar for a true Indian produces film and that would be a greatest achievement for us. This winning of ‘SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE’ has opened the gate for the Bollywood to grab an Oscar in the KODAK THEATRE.

HAPPY PINK CHADDI DAY !!!...
At last our youth generation showed their unity and gave strong setback to the Sri Ram Sene group. Though it is satirical (gowdy) in some sense, but then also it is good method to take reprisal. This entire episode is definitely a shameful retribution for Pramod Muthalik and his Sena.
But the question is wandering, whether this campaign could flown and shown it colors and would be able to stop the action of these fanatics?
As we all know, the root cause or the motives of Ram sene group behind these activities. Indeed, it is obvious that their motive is not to prevent our culture but to gain publicity; which will help them in the coming election. They just want to increase their eggs (vote) in the general election of 2009.
What we have to do is to elevate a protest against their nominations; we should prevent them to gain a seat in the elections. But the worst thing is, still there are peoples who after knowing everything will go and vote for Ram Sene group and foolishly increase their seats. Because of these fool peoples; our true sense democracy is not able to be a functional democracy.
We raise our voice against the candidature of Sanjay Dutt and ready to publish each and every negative aspect of him, and what about Pramod muthalik, do we forget that he is a prime convict for Malegaon case; he is one of those who planned, conspired and carried a Malegaon blast. Now where is the person like Ram Jethamalani and their imperatives for national interest, is it not a matter of nation’s security?
Unfortunately, we in India have a short attention span – what hurts today, heals tomorrow and because of this we forget the heinous work of the persons like Pramod Muthalik and Swami Pragya Singh and lead them to become our leaders. But one can keep the fire burning by sparing a few moments to just listen – to watch – to reflect. Why do we want Pakistan to ban certain radical outfits, when we have so many sub-national agencies for own that are so actively destroying people’s faith in the system.
I am not all against the ‘Pink Chaddi Campaign’; it is a good unite effort by our young generation. But it will be better, if we take some constructive step to remove all this obstacles in our politics, instead of starting these useless campaigns.

JUSTICE + DELAY = JUDICIAL ATYACHAAR...
- Supreme Court
Justice delayed is justice denied. More than the delay and the denial of justice, what is unbearable for a citizen is judicial torture. This is something that has to be personally experienced by one to believe it.
A citizen cannot afford or dare to express the pain of judicial torture as that expression can be treated as disrespect/contempt of court and that can lead him behind the bars or in other words more delay. Mental and Physical torture as well as Police torture and Judicial torture too. Where will one go for remedy against judicial torture?
2.5 crores cases pending - the worst thing of Indian judiciary. Though for a pride, we have longest written constitution in the world, but for its enactment we are the least in the world. Citizens are now afraid of judicial circle and blaming and naming it as a ‘never ending vicious circle’.
At the heart of current controversy (always been a part of judiciary) of pending cases, the question is arising, ‘how could we overcome this problem?’
According to the Supreme Court, “To tackle the pendency of 2.5 crore cases, there is an urgent need for an additional 10,000 courts…”. ‘But establishing these courts alone will not give the desired result and to approach these courts for speedy redressel there has to be awareness, which will only come when there is a rise in the education level among people. The large number of pending cases are not a major problem in front of our judiciary, but the main root problem is that needy have no knowledge of how to approach courts, and it could only be tackled through proper education…’
I think to tackle this problem Lawyers played a vital role in solving of pending cases and ensuring speedy justice. The lawyers don’t think of their own capital gains but think of the pain and misery it causes to the affected clients.
India has the largest number of Lawyers after the U.S, but again the problem is, we Indians always concentrated on the quantity rather than the quality of Justice, which only can be achieved through the quality of Lawyers.
Minor changes in the existing laws can also give large amount of relief, like the order to close all the civil cases which are more than 5 years. Once our Ex. Chief Justice of India passed an order to close all the civil cases that were more that 10 years, but again the strike problem, our intelligent lawyers went on strike and that order became a history.
I think, 5 years is enough for any case, if anybody don’t get justice in five years, then its again the problem of Judicial torture for him and he loses all his hopes in next 5 years and the case become a pending case.
Still in our judiciary, we have a case which has been continue from 1984 and till date it is on a pending list. This is the condition of our most trustworthy organ of our constitution.
Our lawmakers i.e. the legislative and the executive organs, they just have to pass and sign the bill and no onus they have except the cheap politics. Our politicians never become a part of any solution.
To give education to the lower class about the judiciary and to solve small cases, we should again start the concept of village court. This will give the minimum awareness as well as justice to all the small pending cases.
The burden goes to Law commission; it should have formed the extra organ to work only on these pending cases. Though we have Lok Adalat but only on paper it appears a progressive in clearing pending cases. The Supreme Court should have to provide more specific guidelines and checks on the working of Lok Adalat.
The solution to the ever increasing volume of pending cases lies in identifying the cause and addressing it. For lingering parties, there is no difference between Lok Adalat and the normal court process. Causes for the ever piling pending cases are obvious and easy to identify.
Instead of tripling he salary of a judges, it should have been increased only 50% of the existing one. At the same time, the strength of the judiciary should have been doubled. The more benches of High Court should have been formed, like in Mumbai High Court, Delhi High Court, Allahabad High Court (already having a bench in Lucknow), Punjab & Harayana High Court, where the cases are in bulk. It will decrease the work load and improve the quality of justice without any further expense. This step would have taken the judicial system closed to a solution.
Judiciary is the only foundation and hope of Indian citizens, which give them a power to control over the justice. So it must be preserved and treated as a Supreme authority and for that we all have to owe a duty to work and give a efficient suggestion for “Judicial Reforms”.

DEFINING MINORITIES IN INDIA...
Indian democracy was the outcome of the freedom movement, which in turn based on the values of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity. During the freedom movement, the Indian society was divided into two groups – Muslim league on one side and Hindu mahasabha and RSS on the other, and further which took lead to the creation of another state.
As India is considered as a multi cultural country, there exist a pluralism and Diversity. After the Independence, few sections whose interests stood to be threatened due to democracy with the social and political relations did raise hullabaloo about their religion coming under the threat.
Indian constitution like the most progressive modern constitution provided the concept of affirmative action (positive discrimination) for weaker sections of the society (SCs, STs, OBCs) and certain other type of provisions for security of minorities.
[ As stated by the United Nations, it defines the term Minority as ‘a subordinate group whose member have significantly less control or power over their lives than member of a dominant or majority group. A group that experiences a narrowing of opportunities (success, education, wealth etc) that is disproportionately low, compared to their numbers in the society]
The idea of these was that the religious, ethnic or linguistic groups that are numerically smaller should not feel intimidated, should not feel out of place and should feel free from the fear of being swept aside by the dominance of majority community, therefore deserving of special consideration.
The base of this provision was numerical weakness and social disadvantage due to various reasons. Accordingly, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Parsis and Jews amongst others were logical religious minority. Some religion like Jainism and Sikhism were initially denied this minority status, as the dominant political forces asserted that it is not an independent religion but is a mere sect of Hinduism.
However, the Indian constitution does not define a minority or provide details relating to the geographical and numerical specification of the concept. Over the years, periodical judicial interventions and categorization has had a major indirect effect to defining minorities in India.
But the Indian constitution provides for the rights of minorities in details. The constitution provides two sects of rights of minorities which can be placed in ‘Common Domain’ and ‘Separate Domain’. The rights which fall in the ‘Common Domain’ are those which are applicable to all the citizens of our country and the rights which fall in the ‘Separate Domain’ are those which are applicable to the minorities only and these are reserved to protect their identity.
In the ‘Common Domain’, the rights are secured under the Art. 38(2), 46, 51(a)(i)(ii), 14, 15 (1)&(2), 15(4), 16 (1)&(2), 16(4), 25(1), 26, 27, and 28.
While in the ‘Separate Domain’, the right comes under Art. 29(1), 29(2), 30(1), 30(2), 347, 350(a), 350(b), 25(explanation 1)
These are some Rights conferred by our constitution for minorities in India.
The constitutional (103rd amendment) Bill 2004 to grant constitutional status to the National Commission for minorities envisaged a change in the way minorities are specified. The cabinet has reportedly approved a proposal (May 2007) to define minorities state wise in line with several Supreme Court judgment, most notably T.M.A Pai v State of Karnataka and P.A. Inamdar v State of Maharashtra.
Defining minorities in India is very difficult task as India is a diverse society and therefore it is not possible and reasonable to define minorities on the basis of national classification. The minority status of a person varies state to state, especially when religion/ethnic criterion is to be taken. For example – there may be a lot of Parsis in Mumbai but hardly in Ranchi, Christians might not be a minority in Kerala or Goa but they must definitely are in Uttar Pradesh or Assam. The former in that place would not need protection, while the latter will. If all India count would be take, than I think it would be too generalize.
Dr. Ambedkar tried to overcomethis dilemma by suggesting that majorities should create a situation where the minority does not have to seek shelter under the minority tag and minorities should try to overcome that label and avoid taking recource to being minority.
After all, the onus is on Government, how it would take this complicated issue of Minorities. I hope it will be good and favorable for both the group.

WRONG EDGE OF THE RIGHT - POLITICALLY INCORRECT...
The former case of Manglore pub- what is the problem of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Sena’ and ‘Sri Rama Sene’ groups? Their intention is not to protect the culture of our country but to create violence and to gain a cheap publicity, like what MNS did in Maharashtra. They are the black sheep of our country.
I agree that the pub culture is against our Indian culture, but there is no justification to beat up those who make a fuss of it.
These frustrated persons have no rights to interpret our Indian culture, which they himself don’t know why it is made for.
In the other case of Sanjay Dutt, as when he announced his interest in politics, the problem of vicious circle surrounds him, first his own sister. She was not happy with his joining non-congress – SP (samajwadi party), as she thinks that he is going away from his family’s legacy.
Then the opposition party was blaming him that he is a suspected terrorist, leaving a remark of 1992 blast in Mumbai.
And now the most dedicated lawyer of the country, Ram Jethmalani is also showing his interest in him. He has written in Time’s column headed ‘why we should not vote for Sanjay’, in that he stated, “I have been Sanjay dutt’s lawyer and for that reason only I cannot freely speak about him but imperatives of national interest compel me to say at least this much, ‘he doesn’t deserve to be a member of parliament and any political party that sets him up as its candidate is totally impervious to the security of the nation…”
Now what can I say about him, how much more freely he wants to speak after writing everything in his column in Times of India.
Where were these imperatives? When he was trying to save ‘Manu Sharma’ prime suspect of Jessica lal case and now he is talking about imperatives for his country, when Sanjay dutt is electing for MP from Lucknow, the same place where ‘Atal Bihari Vajpayee’, his party leader stands for the same post on every election.
The truth is, Ram jethmalani is doing politics in the name of his party, BJP (Bharati Janata Party). He is presenting all those instance of the pending case of Sanjay to restrict him to become MP, Mr. Jethmalani, you are a good lawyer but not a good politician.
Sanjay was convicted and sentenced to six year imprisonment for possessing illegal arms during the 1993 Mumbai blasts; he is currently on bail and his appeal against conviction is pending in the Supreme Court.
According to Section 8(3) of the Representation of the people Act 1951, a person convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for two years or more, is disqualified from contesting parliament or assembly elections.
In November 2006, a bench ruled that a person sentenced to imprisonment for two years or above can contest elections, if his/her conviction is stayed by a superior court before filing of nomination papers.
In a January 2007, the Supreme Court stayed the conviction of cricketer-turned BJP candidate Navjot Sidhu, who sought a mandate to a Lok sabha seat following his conviction in a road rage case, allowing him to enter the electoral fray.
I am not going against the law, but then also we should not prevent good persons like Sanjay Dutt to become a politician, we need good politician.
I hope, Supreme Court would give him permission to stand in a 2009 election.

DON'T FORGET OUR STRUGLING PAST...
The Republic day and the Independence Day – the two most honorable festivals of India, both truly shows the meaning of secularism because of its Indian spirit. A person from every community celebrates it and in every house there is a feeling of happiness. On 26th January, we celebrate the essence of republic day to mark the adoption of constitution of India and the transition of India from a British empire to a Republic of India.
Although, India obtained its independence on august 15th 1947, it did not yet had a permanent constitution; instead its laws were based on the government of India act 1935. On August 29th 1947, the drafting committee was appointed to draft a permanent constitution with Dr. Ambedkar as the chairman. It took 2 years 11 months and 17 days to draft and adopt a constitution. After many deliberations and some modifications, the 308 members of the Assembly signed the two hand-written copies of the document (one each in Hindi and English) on January 24th, 1950. Two days later, the constitution of India became the law of all the Indian lands. This was infact a deliberate act, adopting the constitution on 26th January, to mark the respect of freedom fighters who wanted 26th January as India’s initial Independence Day. So this is the reason, why we Indians celebrate it on 26th only.
We address it as a ‘Happy Republic day’; we added the word ‘Happy’ because everybody should be happy on this historical occasion, but from last two or three years, I didn’t find any happiness on the face of the citizens. They treat it as a routine day of work or obvious holiday for everybody.
I remember my school days when I prepared my white dress (compulsory for that day) on the night of 25th and was vigorously waiting for the morning of Republic day; I always bought two tri-color flag and fix it on my Bicycle’s handle. It seemed that the whole country sinked with the tri-color of our flag. I used to call my friends and we went together to school, where we celebrated the day with the song (saare jahaan se accha…) and after that those delicious laddoos (I will never forget the taste of it). The whole day was such a nice memorial for each of us; we enjoy the speech of our teachers given on its importance. On every circle of the road, there was a cassette player, playing a song of Deshbhakti.
I never forget the spirit carried by the peoples of those days and now, I am really feeling ashamed with the way our younger generation are carrying the spirit and significance of republic day.
Yesterday I was trying to find out those spirits and enthusiasm among the children and peoples, but I didn’t find anything except the couples roaming here and there, hand to hand with each other.
I am afraid that after a few years our younger generation would not be able to remember the work done by the makers of our constitution and our most memorable freedom fighters.
I have a request to all fellow citizens that don’t forget the importance, significance and eminence of this only two days, which talks about the struggling history of Indians.
Happy Republic Day …

MY BUGGING LIFE.....
From my last three articles, I have been writing about politics and politics, and really I am fed up with it, politics really pissed me off. I m quite baffled that whether I m entering into the world of politics or politics entering into me. Beware Farhan…beware, keep away from it. It will bug you until you become a politically incorrect person.
Somebody told me that the intensity of my articles (to memorize one’s mind) is deterioting day by day. I am not able to create a charismatic element in my articles, as I am more into other things rather than concentrating on my skills. The derailment of my mind let me think into more agitation and dereliction.
My life become lethargic, I wake up at 10, then think twice before taking a bath, buy a newspaper but not in a mood to read it properly left it after seeing all the photos on it. My overpower laziness is blemishing my life; I am just waiting for that fine morning, when I wake up at 6. Then go to the gym, read a newspaper properly and does all my work like a good boy.
Everyday I call my friend to take some advice as I thought girls are very proper in their routine, so I too in a hope to snatch some type of routine for me also.
I couldn’t imagine, what will be the reaction of you people, when you read this shirty article of shirtier person of this shirtiest world.
[I did a little bit applause for girls, as it is against my male chauvinist image, so plzz girls don’t be on air, I am still the same person…hehehe…]

YES, WE CAN .............
As I told before also, the future of India is tied inextricably with the future of Islam and Hindutwa. It is time for both Hindus and Muslims to dump their religious attitude and think together for the betterment and political security of the nation.
The relationship between both the communities could well be destroyed by the twin forces of bigotry and victim hood. This has prevented a good co-relation and sympathy between the two, and smashed a reliance and assurance between the two largest communities of India – Hindus and Muslims.
The bigoted statement of Hindus for Muslims, like ‘Muslims always support the Pakistani cricket team’ or ‘Terrorism in India is mainly because of Muslims in India’, these statements are so prejudiced that it should be easy for citizens of a modern, functional democracy to dismiss it directly. But the problem is that India is not a functional democracy in the true sense. Politics in India is still all about Identities – caste, ethnicity, region and religion, while politics in a true functional democracy is about fulfilling the endeavor and rights of citizens. That is why, I have written in one of my Article that ‘America is having a biggest democracy in the world’, besides knowing a fact that India is known as largest democratic country in the world, but the truth we all know.
The biggest challenge is for both Hindus and Muslims to transcend the politics of identity and hold it on a way of true democracy.
As India keeps getting hit by terror attack, it will be easy for bigoted Hindus to spread the ambiguous statements, but the good news is that an overwhelming majority of Hindus have never admitted to such statements and it is for Muslims to recognize this as a fact when so called protectors of Muslim rights push them further into a more agitation and stake.
As Pakistan is continuously doing his work in widen the rift between Hindus and Muslims in India, it is necessary for both the communities to understand these tactics of Pakistan and maintain their country of being called an open society where all religions have an equal status. The bigger role in this task is for Hindus, it is only through their consolation and confidence over Muslims that the Muslims in India are not in danger but they are like a family for them.
The most harmful and dangerous disease that Muslims need to tackle is a sense of victim hood. This victim hood led to the creation of Pakistan and it could also be destroy the future of India – including the future of 180 millions or 18 crores Muslims who live in this country.
Even a child in India knows about the work of police, for most cops, religion is less important than the status of the person. If community wise data would be check than there is no doubt, if more than 70 percent were Hindus in it, and it’s a fact. What both Hindus and Muslims have to do is POLICE REFORMS.
It is true that there have been cases where innocent Muslims were picked up and brutalized after the blast, but directly come to the conclusion that there is a planned and systematic conspiracy by the Indian society against Muslims in India is ridiculous and sarcastic.
So, I hope this Article could able to flourish some new change in Indian society and give new assets for Both Muslims and Hindus in India.

INDIA NEEDS A CHANGE IN RELATION WITH MINORITIES…
The two extensive communities in India – Hindu and Muslim, both of them is holding a capacity to decide the Future of India, if the onus is on Hindus, then the same burden shifts to Muslims also.
However, in the contemporary situation, I find the fidelity of these two communities curtailing day by day, and so the
The three aspect of this fidelity – Hindu, Muslim and the
It is the time for both Hindus and Muslims to shed the perishing situation of prejudiced history, and look forward for the future of India, in which only the existence survive.
Here, in my very important and prominent article of being taken facet of present scenario, I have to discuss and wants to give some advice to both the communities and the caretaker of this country.
Just before the weekend of Mumbai blast in
‘Young Muslims have picked up and brutalized for no reason, other than their demographic profile, there has to be a better way to deal with these under situations and problems. If there, any terrorist of
There is absolutely no reason why a similar approach cannot work with the Muslim community, the overwhelming majority of whom are proud and loyal Indians. To do so we must start by getting more Indians in Police force, Central reserve police force and most crucial UP’s provincial armed constabulary. It’s obvious, we need to enhance the recruitment process for minority community. Such an approach would definitely reduce the grievance of Muslim community and increase the trust between Community and Police. Moreover, it has not to be done by reservation, which will create more hovac then relief, in other words we should make it easier for them to join the Police.
Let us do it, and until our police and officials are not properly and continuously trained to deal with minority relations, this present problem will continue

SATYAM SHIVAM SUNDARAM – so it must be rescue…
The worst truth of
Satyam computers, the
It was a nightmare for the employees of Satyam, 53,000 people (equal to the combined number of employees of Tata Steel 30,000 and Tata Motors23, 000) flooded with job portals in search of alternate employment.
The Satyam shareholder’s stock had gone into free fall before most of them could make a decent exit. The share slew down from Rs. 179 – Rs 18, wiping out more than Rs. 10,000 crore of the investor wealth in the space of the day.
Now who says that only ministers are corrupt and the poor victims of wealth’s racket and scam, even our private enterprises are not reliable, then whom the common could or should rely on.
It was one of the shameful marks on
Now the question is arising whether Satyam computers, one of the biggest company would survive or overcome with this catastrophic situation and look out of its 53,000 employees or not?
Satyam Computers is the Enron of India. Like Enron, Satyam was one of the biggest and most feted companies. Like Enron, Satyam perpetrated a balance-sheet scam with the support of supposedly world-class auditors. Like Enron, Satyam stands exposed as a gigantic fraud, and faces lawsuits galore.
Yet, while Enron deserved to die, Satyam deserves to be rescued. The best way to achieve this is for the government to ask NR Narayana Murthy, former chief of Infosys, to take over as the CEO of Satyam. He is almost the only person with the capacity and credibility to rescue the company from its current plight.
Enron was a loss-making company that hid its losses until they could be hidden no more. However, Satyam is profitable. Even while confessing to cooking the books, promoter Ramalinga Raju said that Satyam’s profits in the last quarter were not Rs 649 crore but Rs 61 crore. But the industry admitted that Satyam’s actually profit must be high, though Raju was able to plunder and used it large wealth in his son’s company.
Why it is hard to rescue, one of the profit making gems, of the country?
First, no other company will dream of making a takeover bid until Satyam’s true assets and liabilities are established, and that may take some time.
Second, its creditors are going to shut off funds, and its debtors will probably delay payments due, starving it of cash to pay salaries.
Third, many staffers see no future in Satyam and are desperately trying to find other jobs. Customers, too, will seek to migrate from the tainted company.
For these reasons, no takeover bid looks likely, even as time runs out for the company. The government has the power to appoint new directors, but if it appoints bureaucrats — as it has done in mismanaged companies in the past — these will carry no credibility with either investors or customers. So, customers, creditors and employees will continue to flee, and company will be destroyed.
Some analysts think that the company can be saved if the government guarantees new bank credit to Satyam. That will enable the company to pay salaries till such time as the company’s books are fully investigated. Other analysts think the company can be taken over by the government and broken into smaller pieces for sale. However, Satyam’s problems are so deep that the company looks like collapsing, so there might soon be nothing left to be broken up and sold in pieces.
That is why the company needs a new chief with an unimpeachable reputation for integrity. The company needs not just a new board but also a new management.
Satyam needs Narayana Murthy or Premji as CEO. Premji is not available, since he is already running Wipro. . But Murthy retired as CEO of Infosys many years ago, and is now its mentor and ambassador at large. That is an important and valuable role. But rescuing Satyam would be a bigger and more fruitful role.
Most of the analysts say that rescuing Satyam is a wasteful task, as already it has lost so many of its fortune and its gems like employees. But I believe it should be save, because it is a ship of large profit, and meanwhile if we save it from sinking, many employees will be prevent from any tragedy happen in their families and their lives and in the interim a large amount of business will be lost.
It is better to hunt a tiger, before escalating any other harm…
Best of luck Satyam …

MAINTENANCE FOR HUSBAND …Wowww…IT HAPPEN SOMETYMES IN BIG CITIES ….
First time in my life, I heard about the maintenance for husband (lols…); Thank God still, there is some laws which talks about the rights of men in this society of bloodthirsty women. Ohhh… sorry girls, don’t be rude towards me, because I m talking about women, not girls lols….
Well as you, all know that this one is my third article on the legal term, ‘Maintenance’, I don’t know why this topic tempt me a lot, and I m jotting down it again and again …nothing personal lols….
Ohk …let’s talk about the case, well this strange phenomenon happened in New York, a very good, justifiable city of America (no need to mention why it is so justifiable….lols…), in this case Richard, a surgeon, had been married to Dawnell for 15 years and out of wedlock they have three children. In 2001, he donated one of his kidneys to his wife to save her life. The couple has been embroiled in a bitter divorce battle for the last four years and as divorce settlement the husband isn’t asking for the million dollar home that they shared, but he wants his kidney back or else wants to be paid for it i.e. $1.5 million. See, women how kind hearted is the Husband, instead of asking for home, he asks for his kidney, very proper person I have seen (every man should be like this ….properrr!!!..lols...)
After reading all this, some of my female blog readers definitely would curse me and blame me too, that I am Male Chauvinist, but I am not. Actually, I am just showing the fact and decisive power of the case … yeah… which certainly and fortunately works in the favor of men.
C’mon girls, it was happened in America not in India, it will take some time to be happen in India, and after all it is 21st century, everything can be possible…..so just chill out dearroo….

TIME TO CHANGE OUR MINDSET .........
One of the voluminous problem in our country – Terrorist attack, nobody knows not even imagine when it will last. On this New Year we had performed Prayers, Resolution, New way of living life, but nobody has suggested and took a genuine step to delve with terror phenomenon. After every attack we become alert, but as a typical Indian mind we take these things as a granted, we don’t find any new expertise to confront with it. Why only
No country is perfect; we should try to get in, in that criterion. Population made the country, and mostly of our population is against the policies of the government, and then what’s the use of these policies. There is great need to improve the relations between police and minorities. Police should have some confidence in the minds of minorities; the common people perception is always against the way of police work.
Like the year 2008, where 1st terror attack was in
One of the worst thing happened on the first day only, now just see how much safety and precautious step would be taken by our most trustworthy police and our helpful government.
It is not the mistake of Government; it is a fault of every citizen, why they choose such type of governance, besides having a proper and appropriate democratic structure in our constitution. We should learn from some other democracies, how they dealt with similar situations, and the most recent example the United States of America, I never hesitate to say that America has a largest democracy in the world and they proved it by electing Barrack Hussein Obama – the president of change. So likewise American peoples, we also take inspiration and take some resolution for the new and brighter
Best of luck

Amir Khan is the besttt.........

Today, I saw a movie, which I can say, one of the best, excellent, outstanding creation of Indian cinema, and that movie is none other than, its Amir khan’s Ghajini. The story and guidelines of this movie is definitely a copy of Memento (an English movie), but then also I can make a bet that the direction and acting of Indian version of memento (Ghajini) is far and far better than original one.
I don’t find any actor who can do such kind of role with such an ease, excellence and perfection. Now, everybody has to appreciate, why Amir is known as “Mr. Perfectionist”, he proved himself several times, but this time he came out with seven numbers Scorpio, and showed everybody that if there is anyone who is being called, “King of Bollywood”, then it’s only Amir Khan, he really deserves this title of King.
The credit of direction goes to ‘A.R.Murugadoss’, but without ‘Mr. Perfection’, I have doubt, that he could able to flourish his magic like this.
In the movie, I was started crying, when Amir become helpless because of his short term memory loss. In the scene, where Ghajini destroyed all evidences against him in the flat of Amir and sweeped out every mark on Amir’s body, that scene was so touchy and horrible.
When somebody is in Love, he wants to live more, he is afraid of death not because it is scary, but he wants to spend some more time with her, he doesn’t want to loose her by any means. That’s what some opposite thing happened with Sanjay Singhania (Amir Khan) in the movie. He wanted to start his relationship with her but due to destiny or u can say, the villain ‘Ghajini’, he was unable to do. There’s started a feeling of revenge, which is superbly characterized in the movie.
‘Asin’ the south actress, she did this role thrice, first in Malayalam, second in Tamil and then in Hindi, so it was quiet easy for her to portrait a character of ‘Kalpana’ in the movie. She performed every act of the scene beautifully and flawlessly.
The innocent and charming face of Amir Khan won the heart of thousands, but his acting is really “kaabil-e-tareef”.
See the movie for Amir Khan’s acting, Murugadoss’s direction, Asin’s bubbly performance and A.R. Rehman’s music, but don’t miss it.
You will really and surely enjoy this movie.

GOOD BYE 2008!!!!!!

31st DECEMBER – the last day of unforgettable year, 2008.
Though numerous events had happened in this year, may be for rest of the world this year was supposed to be lucky, good and fortunate but for
What should I comment on our Government policies and the policy maker, definitely these policies embedded in papers for the benefit of the peoples, but the politics played or done by our fucking politicians spoiled everything and took it away from its original path.
Well I m not here to write anything about politicians and their dirty politics, I m writing this article for the last day of year 2008, and it should be good, because this article is going to be last article of mine for this year.
While in
In
I considered this year of 2008, the most deadly and blood soaked year for
Living up to its expectation – the sorrow of Bihar –
Raj Thakeray led Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) tirades against the north Indians turned into physical attacks on the migrant community from Feb to till date, but after terrorist attack on 26 Nov., they are on a rest, thank God. These are the internal terrorist of our country.
The global economic slow down is far from over, and its causalities are the thousands of professionals who are being laid off by their companies globally. A top economist of the government said that job losses in
The ambitious Nano project has been facing a hard time as land acquisition issues forced Tata group to pull out of West Bengal and shift the project to
The Mumbai anti terrorism squad invoked section 3 of the Maharashtra Control of organization Crime Act (MCOCA) against the suspects arrested in Malegaon case, including Sadhvi Pragnya Singh, a self styled religious leader, and a serving army officer, colonel Purohit. The incident not only raised fingers at the secular credential of the Army but also implicated right wing Hindu organization beyond the reasonable doubt.
All in vain, I find only two great achievements which
Firstly, it was a proud year for Indian sports whether it was in Olympics or through IPLs.
The year shooter Abhinav Bindra, gave
In IPL, it created a storm among the cricket lovers in
The Second great achievement was the moon mission, Chandrayaan-1;
That’s all for 2008 in my encyclopedia, there were lot of things and events took place in this year, but who concerned about it.
I hope, unlike this year of 2008, next year of 2009 will prove to be Lucky, Beneficial, Good, Fortunate, Cheerful, Pleasant, Profitable for
Let’s join your hand and make a Wish and Resolution for the coming year of 21st century.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! To everybody………….

WHAT SHOULD I CALL…21ST CENTURY OR …………..???
In 2 days, we are going to enter into the New Year of 2009, the year of expectation, desire, hope, love and peace. One more year of 21st century passed away, and again the James Bond like number comes in our date line ‘...009’ (007), and the coming year is the last year for this series. Ahhh…..again we are in a 21st century,
“Wow…..21st century…we are living in a 21st century”,
“I m a 21st century guy”,
“These things are common in 21st century……..”
“ohhh! Common yaar you are living in a 21st century, and still……….”
These are some sentences quoted by our new generation, who thinks himself modern because it’s a 21st century. If you are not modern or don’t know the rules of this new, modern, advanced, fashionable, stylish 21st century then you must be from 18th century or 18th century guy.
There are some conditions, you have to fulfill the criteria of living in this 21st century world, otherwise people would say, “you old fashioned, 18th century, unusual, dumbo guy….”
Yeah it is truth, don’t amaze!!!
In this new world, you have to accept that pre-marital sex is good thing, and you have to approve it, and well! What’s the problem in it, “if you are ready and she is ready, then why the society is interfering, who the hell it is….” And who cares? ‘Whether it is against your moral or your religion’, ahhh….sorry in this new world, religion also doesn’t matter, it is just a fake belief which hold on some oldest temperament which has no use now, we are much and much advanced by it.
And the second thing is, ‘you have to be drunkard…ohhh sorry ….I mean, u should drink Alcohol, wine, brandy, etc…it is a means of enjoyment, you have to enjoy your every moment of life by drinking, smoking…..hmm…if you want more enjoyment, then u can choose drugs also, you will enjoy your life at the fullest, and then everybody would say, “see! He is the modern guy, a real 21st century guy” and the most interesting thing is if you are staying in some ‘Metropolitan or Cosmopolitan city’, then people would ask and amazed, if you are not enjoying your life like this. They give a lesson and reason to become a modern and about the enjoyment of life by wasting …I mean …by spending money on drinking and smoking.
‘LIVE-IN RELATIONSHIP’ a new phenomenon of new world, and it is proved to be very cheap, safe and best. It is safe because you don’t have to perform any obligations towards your partner unlike wife, the life partnerrr, and the best thing is you are away from the vicious circle of law i.e. maintenance, alimony etc…, it is cheap because it never cost you so much, both the partners are ready to pay their own bills unlike wife, the life partnerrr. It is best because it is cheap and safe….lol and who cares about the society… These things are the need of present world, oldies (old peoples) can never understand.
Well these are some examples I gave….for this modern and advanced society, I have a plenty more but all of them I can’t present.
Let’s see, how much changes and advancement, would take place in this new and auspicious NEW YEAR……and how much new and more interesting masala type contemporary issues it will give me to write like this for you peoples...……..lols…..

WHO SAYS “DOCTORS” ARE BENEFACTORS…..?
Sometimes the investigations conducted by the Newspaper journalist are proved to be very beneficial. That is what exactly happened few days before in
CANNULAE or CANNULA are plastic tubes that come with a ‘single-use device’ label and are used to drain or inject fluid into a patient’s body. But these devices are being reused by some hospitals, and when asked, they gave a reason that patients may not be able to ‘afford’ new ones.
However, these cannulae are sterilized before ‘reuse’ so that no trace of bacteria remains in them. “After gas sterilization there is no chance of any infection passing on to the next patient…” a cardiac surgeon said. Though some medical experts also agree that gas sterilization is a fool-proof method, it doesn’t wash away the chances of infection among patients.Open heart surgeries, plastic surgeries, liver transplant are some of the procedures where this practice of using used cannulae is rampant. The senior officer of city hospital said, “The cannulae used for these surgeries are very expensive. A single piece of cannula can cost of between Rs. 2,000 – Rs 3,000. So, the use of new cannulae escalates the cost of surgeries upto Rs. 50,000 and many patients may not be keen on spending so much”.The most interesting fact of this part is that, even the smaller surgeries are not spared from this unethical practice.
Even a slight mistake on their part could cost the patient dearly. Moreover, if a patient is shelling out Rs. 1 lakh for a surgery, would he mind spending Rs 50,000 ore if he is told it is for his safety? Peoples never compromise on their treatment, that’s why they come to the hospital in the hope for better facility.
The ‘reuse’ practice can lead to serious infections such as HIV, and sources in the health care sector note that other curable infections do occur among patients. It can be treated with antibiotics but this could lead to a longer stay of the patient in hospital and fat medical bills. I think, this is main reason that why the hospitals are using the same cannulae for the patients in order to get more medical bills in the name of medicines and admittance.
Since CANNULAE are inserted into the vien or artery of the patient for the direction of intravenous fluids and medicines, or into the nose for the delivery of oxygen, the reuse of such devices is declared ILLEGAL as per THE DRUGS AND COSMETICS ACT OF 1940. This was done after these devices were put in the category of ‘DRUGS’ in 2006.
Health activists feel that patients opting for a surgery should at least be made aware of the two kinds of cannulae (new and sterilized) and allowed to choose for themselves.
But what do the law enforcers have to say? Officials of the Drug control authority admit that such violations are taking place in hospitals. It is punishable act and can lead to minimum one year imprisonment of the erring doctor, provided it is reported.
However, who can monitor what is happening inside the operation theatre? Even if the Doctors are reusing a cannula on the patients, who will bring them to book………?

LEAVING HYDERABD ...........
I came here for the internship, I came here to learn something for my future. Here, I learned many things, I met with different peoples with different attitude towards life. I gained a knowledge as well as made many friends for my lifetime.
I heard a lot about many beautiful places in Hyderabad, but unfortunately i m not able to see any of them, may be beacause of busy schedule or u can say I m afraid of roaming some of the places due to some unusual reasons.
Today is my last day in Hyderabad, ahhh....I m feeling really baddd, I don't want to leave this place, I don't know when I will come again in this City of Dreams. Tomorrow morning I have a train at 6:30 AM and but I can feel the distance of this city from now only.
"Even if the tears come to an end,
And the life is all whole spend;
I will wait for you till the winter falls,
And again try to catch your glimpse with my calls............"

HYDERABAD......
I am having some kind of KARMIC CONNECTION with this city, which leads me to remember my sadful past in my mind, heart, lungs, stomach....everywhere.
when i just stepped on the platform of Hyd station, very strange, painful, lonliness feeling, which ultimately took me to recall my past days. Ahhh....that was my most beautiful days i ever been in my life but it ends up with very tragic and dreadful end. As everybody says, "Time is a great healer", so it healed up all my worries and somehow i overcome with all my abhorrent life.
Yesterday was a Eid and first time in my life i celebrated it lonely far away from my family,i had just performed my namaz and then go back to my workplace, that was all my Eid, i was little bit tensed, depressed and missed my family very much.
In life we have to face a new situation everytime, so i just become used to of it.
I hope, i will go back soon to my mom and dad, after completing my work and InshAllah i will come back with my new experiences with this city, till then take care you all of my friends.

STRENOUS JOURNEY ..........
It was an adventurous journey for me and I enjoyed each and every moment of it, specially my undergone experience with the spice jet, this was the first time when I was traveled by the plane. First time experience is always special, fabulous, wonderful and more exciting. The feeling of in air is amazing, firstly I was little bit scared, as it was a higher risk subject for me ha-ha-ha…but it last as soon as the plane took off from the ground and acquired its normal position (in the air), it seemed that it was moving with the zero speed and looking stationary with the cloud, actually it was all the game of frame of reference.
The clouds were looking so beautiful from there, I could imagine the scenery of Antarctica, and I couldn’t find any difference b/w the structure of clouds and up roaring ice in Antarctica. The fog covered runway was looking like a never ending lane which has it ends in infinity only. The surrounding atmosphere and weather was looking so pleasant and mischievous in the morning, which made my journey more happening and excited.
In this descriptive journey, I forget to tell my short time fun with the Air hostess, she came to me, wearing a dress like tutu and instructed me tutelage about security programmes. Her name was Manjeet, she was Punjabi but looking not less than an European. I asked her several questions about the mysterious role of make up in her field (ha-ha...) and she gave me some of logical and funny answers that I will not tell you coz it is little bit vulgar.
The tempting journey was jubilant, remarkable and successful, but one thing in vain was internet facility, I missed all of my friends, I was unable to come online because of my busy days, may be some of them are angry with me and worst thing was that I did not have much balance in my cell, so I was not able to contact anybody nor I picked up anybody’s call due to roaming charges.
Well I am already very much tired, so I don’t want to think and show my vehemence over other things except my warm and comfortable blanket which will take good care of my peaceful sleep and my loving dreams.
